Why do some recommend using Wyoming or Delaware for LLCs?
(I am impartial and a noob to LLCs, I just see this a lot and want to know why)
I was reading a paper about corporate law "Corporations & Corporate Law (from Corporations in 100 Pages)" (I was too lazy to read the full book)
They claim that the majority of large companies are registered in Delaware? Is this true and if so what is the real reason? I see a lot about the "Court of Chancery" but wouldn't that only apply to giant companies?
