Is it legal to make a contact tricking someone out of their stuff if they think the world is ending?

Would there be any legal problem with making a contract with a person who for whatever reason is convinced the world will end on a specific imminent day which would involve paying them $100 immediately for their car, but only agreeing to take possession the day after their predicted apocalypse date? Would such a contract be enforceable?
