Assaulted, do i have a case?

It all started when I went to Mexico to have serious dental surgery, a bone graft, sinus lift, removal of all my top teeth and the 8 posts put in for future dentures in 6 months. They don't prescribe pain management in Mexico and was told when I get back to see my regular doctor to prescribe me some . The pain was getting more serious by the minute and by the time I got off the plane I couldn't take it anymore so we decided to go to the Hospital . Everything seemed normal until the doctor came in and refused to treat me because the injury had occurred in Mexico. He said and I quote” You made your choice, now live with it” I was in agonizing pain and fell to the floor pleading with him to give me anything for the pain because it was making me suicidal. It was almost to the point of absurdity that he was so hateful of any talk of going to Mexico. He kept making comments about going to Mexico as if it was the worst thing I could have ever done. He came into the room angry and in a bad mood and i still dont know why. At some point , this was merely a minute, security was called. Someone grabbed me hard from behind to which i replied get off of me. Then they grabbed me and started rough housing me and I hit back to defend myself. I couldnt believe I was being assaulted in a hospital. At that point more security had run over and were wrestling me to the ground to put handcuffs on me. I should mention here that I have severe PTSD and am on disability due to it. At this point I was having a full on PTSD episode scared that I was going to die.

They dragged me to the front office and just as quickly as everything had unfolded it came to an end when the cuffs were taken off of me and I was pushed out into the cold night with temperatures in the single digits.

Ive been trying to go over in my head how this could of went sideways and i still cant come up with anything. Ive asked friends to which a few replied that my husband is black so it could be racism. Or it could just be an all out racism to hispanic people ( I have a latin last name ). I did find out hes a trump supporter so that could be plausible.

Im now terrified to go to a hospital . I did find two reviews online that mentions a story somewhat similiar to mine with the same doctor. I screenshot them unsure what to do with that information.

Do I have a case here?

Thank you in advance. Ive been an emotional wreck since this occurred last week and help is appreciated.

EDIT: This happened at a hospital in a low income neighborhood ( was the closest hospital )with metal detectors at the front door, not sure if that helps anything.
