Signed to join a business but the contract cannot be honored

Signed on to join a business (arizona), part of the agreement was cosigning on some items, the business does not have the credit to cosign so I would need to sign on individually in order to get financing. This contract was signed this morning, is this something that could void the contract if I so choose?
