2015 Leaf Potential Purchase

I've been emailing back and forth with a dealer in Colorado (I'm in NM) about a 1 owner 2015 Leaf sitting on their lot. A few clicks over 53,000 miles on it, nice cosmetic shape for the age, 11 of 12 bars remaining on battery health. $2999 + $5 for temp tags out the door. I'd pay NM sales tax and registration (pretty reasonable) either I'd pick it up with my Yukon and a trailer or have it shipped. Grand total I'd be into it less than $4K.

I am looking at it because I've been thinking about adding a 3rd car to our fleet for runabout duty and some commuting. My daily round trip is 50-60 miles but that is still in the city limits. (Home, kid drop off, work, back to kid pick up, and home again.)

Without shouting "LEAF SPY" what do the users think of this deal and use case scenario.
