submitting before score release

Is it okay to apply to a school five days before the score release date? I know some people say to wait but I sort of just want to get them in as soon as possible after taking the January LSAT. I think some people on sub say there’s a chance they will push it to the side which can be bad. For example, ucla apps are due by the end of the month, but we receive our score by Feb 5th.
