Best places in/near Rīga to see aurora borealis?

Sveiki! I'm planning to go somewhere this evening because I saw that now chances are quite high to see it. The problem is that I don't have a car, so I would really appreciate some recommendations of places which I can easily reach by public transport (and also get back with the last vehicle haha) Thanks in advance!
