I need a program for this keyboard

Hello everyone, I have a problem I have this keyboard (cidoo abm066) I am not able to use the program to configure it, I click on "authorize device" but nothing happens, I have already tried using the VIA program and the browser, and I was unsuccessful I am Brazilian, I use the ABNT2 standard, I would like to use it in my language, but I do not know how to do this
