Am i eating right?
In the morning, i start out with 4 scrambled eggs in ghee only. Later in the evening, i would have some salad. In the night, i have half a kg of chicken which would mainly include thighs
In between the meals, i might snack on roasted peanuts. I would have cappuccino with around 5g of sugar. Rarely once in a week, i would have popcorn while watching movies.
Can some please review and provide some feedback.
The concern is around fat, what do you guys consume for fat intake?
PS: i have gone from half kg chicken to 400gm chicken and from 4 eggs to 3 eggs
