Society hasn’t caught on yet?
This reddit has 3.5 million followers which indicates Keto is well known….so then why are grocery stores 98% carb products? The only item I see are “fake” keto breads and tortillas, pork rinds, meats, berries, veges, and thats it. The marketing for carbs is incredibly heavy and in your face.
Only Whole foods carries on the shelf Monkfruit sweetener and almond flour. Even their cauliflower pizza is packed with carbs.
The only store with decent options for bread and ice cream is Erewhon and those don’t seem to be selling.
