Keyboard Indicator A.K.A. Lock Keys Status Icon

Anyone know where the Keyboard Indicator/Lock Keys Status Icon location is? The breeze icon for input-caps-on is an up-arrow, and the icon for input-num-on can't be found. What am I missing here? How is the applet displaying an icon not found in the icon theme I'm using?
