what are the “rules” of jJuggalo makeup?

i know this is a random question but i never have gotten an exact answer on this, for the longest time i have been wanting to have the perfect Juggalo that is unique to me, however, when i have done a blueprint of how i would wanna do it i feel as though it wouldnt even be “Juggalo” because i incorporate my trad goth makeup into it which is the final sketch i made… which lead me to the question of what are the rules of doing Juggalo makeup?
