Potential client at law firm walked out while filling out forms-says not one came and checked on him (I’m the receptionist)

One of the potential clients today, first off he was kinda an ass on the phone when he called, he came in with someone today, gave him his paperwork to fill out, I was nice like always, well he was filing it out and 20 min later he randomly comes to the door and says I’m leaving have a nice day, and I’m like ok ?(to myself). In the moment I was shocked and confused. I noticed he ripped up his form and left it on the table. So I told my supervisor and she was like why and I’m like idk, so she goes outside while he’s driving off to ask and she came back in and said he said no one came out to check on him and she’s was kinda frustrated and said if they’re not done filling out their paperwork in 10-15 mins, check on them and see and I’m like oh ok sorry. And yes I do check but mind you. out of the 8 months I’ve been working there that has never happened. People usually come to the front and ring the bell to ask a question and fill out their form…….. like why is it my fault and he could’ve just done that…. Now I understand if he was disabled or something but why can’t a grown ass adult just come give me the paperwork?? I don’t understand…… I’m not a fucking servant tf??? They pissed me tf off. People are calling I’m doing stuff on the front, like?? Plus I did ask in the beginning if he needed any help and the person with him just ignored me and I was like mk. Very weird. What do yall think?
