Where to start with Hadith?

Assalamu alaykum, I’m a revert who’s read the Quran, and am trying to learn more about prayer. Alongside that I’m very interested in reading Hadith, as Hadith I’ve seen online have already meant a lot to me, since there’s so much wisdom to be found in them. but due to the sheer amount, it’s a bit intimidating to know where to start. If anyone has any guidance or recommendations for books, order to read Hadith in, or anything of the like, that’d be greatly appreciated.
