Charged 80 then 106 for subscriptions we didn’t sign up for

And now I have to wait via email for them to tell me if they can even delete my account. My boyfriend’s card was charged 106 and they refunded me when I called and then minutes later my card was charged 80, so I clicked don’t approve via an email from my bank and now my card is blocked, so I have to get a new card and the bank closed in my town lol. I’ve never had IC charge me like this.

The person on the phone said the system charges accounts like this. How is it ok to charge someone without their permission? Is this a new policy?
