Looking for investment options in Bangalore

I currently reside in the USA and am planning to make a long-term investment in India. I do not have any plans to return within the next five years. I am looking for pre-launch apartments in areas that are expected to be in a growth phase in the coming years. I understand that it is difficult to predict market trends, but any insights would be helpful. Additionally, I prefer locations with minimal litigation-related issues, as it would be challenging for me to visit India frequently. Any kind of advice is appreciated.
