Data merge or other script help

Hi, I'm looking for a solution that I'm hoping is for data merge, but maybe a script.

I regularly create the same flyer - same layout, very similar number of characters per text frame, same titles etc.

I'd like for people to be able to just complete a csv file that I provide them, and all I click is data merge and the flyer changes content immediately.

Ideally, a one-click of changing of colours to different branding would be ideal also but the merge is more important.

If that's data merge - does someone have a good step-by-step walkthrough I could use?
