Thoughts on location and properties Grand Hyatt Tokyo vs Andaz Tokyo Toranoman Hills / Hotel Toranomon Hills

I'm visiting Tokyo for a few days and would like some opinions on staying in Roppongi Hills vs Toranoman Hills. I found a very old post from 9 years ago indicating there is not much around Toranoman Hills. Is this still true? I've read that many will pick the Andaz even over the Park Hyatt which is closed for renovations. Grand Hyatt sounds like it may be a bit dated. How is the new Hotel Toranoman compared to these options?Curious how folks would rate these properties based on location first (restaurant options, proximity to stations, site seeing) followed by quality of property (rooms, views) and then service or amenties fo globalists. Thanks!
