New baseboard bowed

Cast iron baseboard

I had two 15” and 20” cast iron Governale badrboards installed. On the ends, there’s a gap of about an inch, in the middle there is hardly any gap. There is brackets screws the length of the radiator. This doesn’t seem like it’s installed as it should’ve been. Is this normal.
