How do I contact payroll?

Hey there so when doing my jedi training a few months ago it said that on jackpot was an option to be paid for whatever shifts you've done early in case it was an emergency or whatever and I went to jackpot to put in a request for it and it says it's not an option anyone know how I could contact payroll to get this sorted I need cash asap
