Time to repot Bird Or Paradise?

Picked up a Bird Of Paradise in August and it has absolutely thrived under the grow light I got for it. Have had some major leafs start developing. As you can see in the pics, it's actually two plants. You can see one huge root making its way through the bottom of the plastic pot. Does it seem like it needs some room?
