Scope for mossberg 702 plinkster

Does anyone have a recommendation of a scope thats appropriate for my mossberg. I know there is a lot of good scopes out there but it's hard for me to justify getting a scope thats just as or more expensive as the gun (current price for the 702 is $180 usd)
