Cant withdraw!

Good day Redditors!

I recently won a large amount of money in an online casino (Fresh-bet.com) and i cant withdraw!
>5000 EUR.

Background story: last year i sent the company an email for my account to be closed since i didn't want to gamble there anymore. They accepted, and deleted my account.

I registered at their site again in January 2025 and gambled for a bit. Then i won.

Once i tried to withdraw, i had to go through the usual verification process. ID, proof of address, bank statement etc.

Now they closed my account permanently saying i violated their Terms for having a duplicate account, and its not permitted to have 2 accounts at their website!?

The account i made recently cant be with the same details as any other one, since i don't have any other accounts!?

How do i act from here in order to withdraw my honest money?
I have documentation of winning everything, as-well as email correspondences with their support which is making me run around in circles in their departments.

I have tried to contact curacao where they are licensed, but no help.

Is this just a dead end? Im willing to pay for help regarding this, if i can get my money withdrawn
