Literally in tears 😢

Flashback a few months ago, my boyfriend and I was seated at a restaurant for brunch. While waiting for our order, a woman walked past me and I was immediately captivated by the scent of her perfume on her way out. The scent lingered in my memory since then. I never forget what it smelled like til this day, as if it was only yesterday. Ever since smelling that scent, I was on a mission to find what it is. I'm sure every woman can relate to this when we havent had a chance or is too shy to ask what another woman is wearing. It was definitely love at first sniff.

I'm very bad at describing a scent profile, but what stood out to me is it was musky & a little woody, something I gravitate towards obviously. It was soft a little sweet but not a full gourmand. After smelling it, it felt like I was lifted into a warm embrace, it has an angelic feel to it. I refuse to say clean bec I was never attracted to that kind of scents. It also had a cold, chilly feel to it.

After months and months of sampling, ordering decants. I was literally in tears when I finally found it. And I am 100% certain that it is what I smelled that day. It may be something most would consider a basic scent, but to me, the fact that I never forgot what it smelled like after almost 5 months of searching, it means a whole lot to finally find it! It is Byredo Mojave Ghost ☺️

I certainly cannot wait to get myself a bottle of this.
