Cloverfield 2

Seen the other day that there is gonna be a cloverfield 2 movie. Which is apparently a direct sequal to the first one. Excited for this. Talking about this im sure I heard at the time of the first movie there was apparently a scene on the bridge when you see someone else with a camera and at that time the 2nd movie was suppost to be the same attack but from that cameras point of view. Was there any truth to this or am I making it up.
