How to use the same face without faceswapping

I have generated a face that I like. I want to use the same face:

• not in exactly the same position
• not placing it on an existing image
• be able to change facial expressions, hair color, earrings, etc

What is the best way to do this?

Now I'm using "image prompt > image prompt" and in the text box I type "same face, blue sky, etc..." but this doesn't seem to really work.
