How long does Wurkkos.com take to ship out lights (with tracking code)?

It's my first time ordering from them (getting the HD01 Pro).

I ordered since the Jan 11th, 2025.

But besides the confirmation order # and confirming they received my payment, I haven't gotten anything else yet regarding shipping or a tracking number.

We site didn't mention being out of stock or anything, so unsure why it hasn't shipped out at least.

For those that have ordered through their site, is this normal operation standards?

***UPDATE So seems Wurkkos did create an account automatically when I used my email. Didn't make sense to me since I never made a password for them. But figured it out. I'm used to sites where they could pull up my order by using the confirmation order #.

However, it does show that my order is still "awaiting shipping" up to now, with no reason posted for it's delay. I'm already used to packages taking nearly 45 days to get to me, on the regular, but this was just weird to me that they haven't shipped it out yet, and it wasn't labeled as being out of stock or anything.

Thanks for all the help though. Guess it's just a waiting game at this point.
