Charge 5 issues- replacement offered

Hi folks, have seen a lot of people having issues with charge 5’s and having no luck with customer service. Unsure if this is a recent Fitbit policy change or if I was just lucky but I raised the issues with my charge 5 today via the customer services chat. after informing them I’d completed resets and it hadn’t fixed, they offered me a free replacement! For info, I’m based in the UK and bought my charge 5 from Amazon.
