Crave Meds: thoughts? Real or fake?

I’m in a country where marijuanna products are illegal, so I try to be very selective with what I get. Could someone please tell me their experiences with these and if you’d suggest them. They cost $135 here and all carts are quite expensive so would this be a good choice?
