How can fix / improve this? (Ender 3 V2)

First image: messy looking layers which doesn't have a smoothish finish, also has little nubs of pla on. Had some layers come apart entirely when taking it off the bed.

Second: infill is really fine and dotty, it did print this correctly in the end but the inside is messy.

Excuse the state of the bed, I'm a noob and have fucked up a few times, I have a good one I'm saving for when I don't fuck up
