Why does this keep happening to my supports?

    So I've been printing off some small display holders with my Neptune 3 Pro. But each time I do it, the base of the supports gets kind of warped and a gap is made near the bottom. And in the end it causes the support to fall a little, making the top not printing right. 

   So is this an error with the printer, the nozzle, or even the model?
