My first venture.

Hi everyone,

After spending 2 years in big tech (working as a consultant and later switching to sales), I've decided to take the full-time entrepreneur route.

I'm currently the owner of an e-commerce business, NeonWorld (www.neonworld.be/en). We specialize in creating custom LED neon signs for both businesses and consumers. In addition to offering custom designs, we also have a wide range of ready-made designs available.

I previously shared about the brand, and within just a month of dedicating myself full-time to this venture, I believe we've taken significant steps in the right direction.

I'm looking for feedback on our new website design, including the homepage and product pages. I'm also interested in any advice you might have to improve conversion rates for the website.

We've achieved 10k in sales within a month, but accurately tracking profitable ad sets has proven challenging, especially since people often make purchases more than 7 days after visiting our site from our advertisements.

Alongside Facebook/Instagram ads, we're also engaging in cold emailing, which has been quite successful thus far.

I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions or tips for improvement!
