Muscle Tension Dysphagia

Good Morning! I have muscle tension dysphagia (and GERD/LPR) and wanted to ask if anyone else on here has been handed this diagnosis?

And, if so, could you share any resources that might have helped you with it? Like, at-home stretches or exercises as well as things you’ve tried like PT or massage therapy?

For example, I’m trying to gently strengthen my neck/back muscles but also desperately trying to avoid adding tension… it’s a tough balance! Tips and tricks and secrets appreciated.

Thought it might be nice to compile them somewhere for easy reference. I created a sub for this but don’t really know how to be a Mod or if there’s even any interest in it for people 🤷🏼‍♀️
