another flare up, weird progression of symptoms each time

Just wondering if anyone has an explanation or has experienced the same.

39F, kept ovaries but hysterectomy 6 months ago. Initially flared badly with tachycardia, then at 6 week mark flared badly with PVCs and insomnia. Started estrogen patch, and everything has been improving since that and taking daily magnesium and luteolin.

This past weekend, I did two days of 2500 steps, including a walk in the woods, which is a huge anxiety trigger for me but I managed fine. I had done this level of activity before in the past six months.

On Monday, I had chest pains (I took an ekg, looked normal, and I have had these types of pains before but it's rare). I also had massive bubbling/popping sensations in my legs (I've had that before too) lasting for now two days.

On Tuesday, I asked my husband to massage my legs in the morning. After that, my heart was more reactive that day with PVCs, which had gone to almost none a day (yesterday was 5 during the day, then 15 throughout the night). I also had a mild headache that Tylenol didn't really help, and I could not sleep until 2:30am when I took a Lunesta. Now the muscle twitching is happening randomly all over my body as well.

The odd thing is, the last time this all flared up in September with PVCs and insomnia, I had bad leg soreness that suddenly disappeared after I took an aspirin. Then my PVCs began flaring up after being dormant for two years.

The other coincidence is that back in September, my kid was sick with a non-COVID cold, and it gave me mild symptoms of upset stomach and mild cough. The same thing is happening right now.

My current ideas are either 1. a virus is inflaming my heart or 2. my muscles have some sort of toxic by-product from overexertion and releasing it into my body is inflaming my heart or 3. some sort of nutrient deficiency caused by overexertion (though I've been trying to keep my potassium and magnesium up).

Anybody else have any insights or wisdom from your own experience? Thanks.
