What are some rare DVDs that were never upgraded to BluRay. What are rare BR never upgraded to 4k?

I've been thrifting a lot lately and I keep seeing films I recognize but not sure if they're worth buying. What are some movies that should be hunted? I recently learned Dogma is one. Anything else?
