Ser vs estar

I have been trying for days and cannot get past this lesson. I truly do not get it. I'm not sure how to best study this cause it's killing me trying to get it. I've failed this same lesson probably 10 times. I may lose my streak over it ( I only have free version) but does anyone have any advice? I've tried referring to tables but it doesn't seem to help at all.
