ANY CARD LIKE NOMAD I CAN REFILL WITH CRYPTO?

I'm spending a few weeks in Dubai and the Nomad card is charging absurd fees for me to transfer from Brazilian currency to Dollar or AED. I was wondering if there is a similar card that has proximity via cell phone and that I can send cryptos as USDT or USDC instead of doing these expensive conversions. Does anyone know anything about it?

The most important thing is to pay via proximity via cell phone since I won't be there long enough to get the physical card.
