Dragon age inquisition (Xbox). Can’t get it to load

Got a new series X Xbox. Decided to revisit dragon age. Downloaded it and all the DLCS. Every time I try to boot the game up, it gets to the first screen with the EA and BIOWARE logo, then immediately dashboards. Any advice! Want to beat this damn game already lol
