I wish that Harold Saxon appeared in person before Utopia

I think it would have made the twist with the Master so much more shocking when he regenerated. Just have John Simm in the odd scene. He didn’t have to talk. Would have made it more satisfying

I guess they were worried maybe audiences could have potentially figured it out. But even if they thought Saxon was the Master, going in to Utopia and having Yana reverted in to him would still have been a big twist
