I love you junior doctors

Unsure if this sub allows appreciation, but I'm so thankful for all of you that have made my secondary placement as a medical student so much more tolerable and worthwhile than the belittling clinicians have. I owe you all my academic achievements and you all have taught me so much more than my uncaring lecturers ever have. You deserve so much more love than the NHS could ever give and I want you to know that no matter the impostor syndrome, you have made medical students like me feel competent and understood for once when the consultants would scold me for not attending all my clinics at the height of exam stress.

Regardless of how you feel about yourselves, I think you are all the most capable and reliable bunch of doctors I have ever talked to. Some mistakes may be made here and there, but the ethusiasm to help out struggling medical students like me and the transparency you all possess make you such brilliant and lovable people. Like the many junior doctors that have told me time and time again, I will tell you too: you are doing just fine, you are doing great!

Sorry if this isn't allowed here, but I really have to emphasise how much you guys make studying medicine worth it, and I haven't seen anyone express this sentiment lately, so there you have it!

EDIT: *RESIDENT doctors, it slipped through my mind. Sorry about that!
