Sounds too good to be true and suspicious. After some exchange and me expressing my doubts the guy responded with
my client is a Market Research Company ( ( https://www.cascadeinsights.com ) and they are one of the top ranked Market Research Companies in the USA and they want to have a 40-60min consultation call with experts like you who has involved in CI process decision. This is a one time consultation call and you will be compensated $300/hr for this. No confidential information is required, as the consultation will be based on your industry experience.
