Anyone know of men’s basketball league that’s still accepting new teams? Tried to Google some,not much help.

City of Des Moines sign ups have passed, played in it last year and wasn’t a fan so not a big deal. Genesis Health Club has one but i can’t seem to get in contact with anyone.

Any suggestions?
