Do PTB lobby bots really exist?

So I saw that BHVR supposedly released lobby bots to speed up queues for killer on PTB, Ive played like 5 games since that announcement, each queue took absolutely ages, even longer than before and not a single lobby bot in sight. Anyone actually encounter one? Do I have to opt into them or something?
