Cycling gift for my boss

Hi all

My boss is biking obsessed, has the best gear and regularly goes on arranged cycling trips/tours.

I’ll be leaving my current role soon and would like to get him a gift. However, I am not a cyclist and have no clue what to get him. Very much appreciate any recommendations or tips. Keen to avoid a gift card (don’t want to show how much I’ve spent).
