Head wiggling?

He’s usually pretty active and still is but I noticed that twice this week he’s wiggled his head. I think it’s when I wake him up by walking by his enclosure. The other night he was in DEEP sleep bc his head was hanging off the branch he was on and I went to turn off his light and he wiggled his head side to side. I was misting his enclosure today and I recorded him wiggling his head. Should I be concerned? I hope I’m being over dramatic. He eats really well, has never refused a meal, and he’s perfectly normal besides the 2 wiggles. It’s just been a couple days but If it’s bad I’d rather catch it sooner than later.
