Do I have what I think I have?

I was given some quarters recently and found these two bicentenial quarters. One with a mint mark filled in. And the other is sort of filled in but not the same way. Im completely new to coins but I'm seeing listings for these for about $1,400 and I want to know if I'm missing something or not.
