Any tips for longhaul usage😭
I was prescribed clonidine .4 about 9 years ago now (omg), and have taken it nightly since. I have major delayed sleep phase… wherein I only get tired every like 30 hours which isn’t really conducive with life lol. I feel like I’m literally physically and mentally addicted to it now. I could not go to bed without it. Anyone else been on it long term and gotten off it? Considering maybe trying to taper down and supplement with cbd or ashwaganda at same time but like those don’t usually even put me down. I feel like if I wanna finally try to correct my sleep phase issues I need to get off this but idk what to even do. It’s hard because I can’t function without sleep but also I can’t really reevaluate the sleep issue without getting off this …. But I feel like I can’t now. 😵💫
