What to do from 28-30?

Already did SFK and WC. Finished all my Barrens, stonetalon, ashvale, hillsbrad, and thousand needles quests. Have some that are silver still in thousand needles and hills that I assume open at 29. I’m a quarter through 28 as a horde rogue. Is my best bet to try SM GY and farm hillsbrad humans?
