What happened to Tatsuro Yamashita? Why is almost all citypop taken down off YouTube, Apple Music, Spotify? Where can we buy / stream it legally?

I've tried searching for a few very popular citypop songs and nothing comes up except Plastic Love.

When you search Tatsuro, it only has ONE album from him.. out of many amazing ones.

I pay monthly for Apple Music, if I can't get these tracks, I might cancel it and move to another service, This is silly, isn't it? I want to pay! Let us pay! Does anyone know of a streaming service that includes Japanese artists specifically?

From around 2012 through til now, I've been collecting thousands of great citypop tracks on youtube. They are almost all removed. A real punch to the gut, that was years of memories for me. I regret so much not making hard copies.

Where can an audience outside of Japan get access to citypop artists and make sure we can keep the albums we buy? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks guys!
