Cineclub ticket not entitled to Bonus points offer?

I just spoked to an agent in regards to bonus points not being credited to my account after watching a movie with a bonus points promo. "Watch X movie earn X bonus points between a certain date". As the terms states, please allow them up to 3 weeks to credit the points and using scene+ points to claim a ticket is not eligible and cannot be combined with other offers. I waited over 3 weeks and messaged them. They state that because I used a cineclub members ticket, I was not eligible.

I was under the impression my Cineclub member monthly ticket was eligible. I remember a similar promo was happening with Dune Part 2 and I was awarded the bonus points.

Anyone else getting the same response from Cineplex in regards to a similar situation recently?
